Jaw Crusher
Brief introduction
Jaw Crusher is widely used to crush various large stones, limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel, etc. The highest antipressure strength of material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is mainly used to crush hard and medium hard stones in stone mining, metallurgy industry, building material, highway, railway, stone industry, etc.
Working Principle
The motor drives pulley, making the movable jaw do periodic movement through eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw increases when movable jaw moves up. So the movable jaw moves to the fixed jaw. The stones are crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, the movable jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the crushed stones are discharged from the outlet.
